Working Principles of Charcoal Rods Machine :

This machine is screw type, which can process any kinds of agro-forestry wastes into bio-fuel hollow briquettes of external dia 30-90 mm, internal 15-20 mm.Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass materials into briquettes. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, binds the particles of wood together, thus binding,compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes. During this process, no binder need to be used. And the finished biomass briquettes are non-conventional source of energy, renewable in nature, eco-friendly, non-polluting and economical. In the whole process no binders and chemicals are needed, 100% natural ensured.

Working Process:

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5. Carbonized the briquette stick
